Adeline’s Farm

Adeline’s Farm is a new housing development near Murrieta located in the French Valley area. Although this area is called the “French Valley Area” it’s official location is Winchester, California. This new development is a Shea homes community. Adeline’s Farm features the “Keygate”, ” “Northfield ” and ” Watermill ” housing developments. The entry-level pricing on these French Valley homes is similar to new Murrieta Home prices, and start at the high $400,000’s and above depending on the model, elevation and options taken at the time you purchase your new home.
 

Brentstone at Hartford Park

Brentstone at Hartford Park is a new home development located in Wildomar, just outside of Murrieta . These new homes are located off of Whitewood Road between Los Alamos and Clinton Keith. They features three floor plans that range from 3015 to 4434 square feet. The entry level pricing for these new Wildomar homes starts in the $400,000 price range.
 

Concord Estates

Concord Estates is a new Ryland Homes development near Murrieta located in the French Valley area . Concord Estates has five floor plans, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet, Syrah and Bordeaux . The floor plans range from 2500 to 3600 square feet with entry level pricing between $400,000 and $500,000 . The new homes in the Concord Estates are all two level homes with the exception of the Chardonnay and Merlot. These two plans are both single level while the Cabernet, Syrah and Bordeaux are two level homes. The single level homes range from 2459 to 2637 square feet and are in the $410,000-$420,000 price range.
 

Grand Isle at Village Walk

Grand Isle at Village Walk is a new Senior Community in Murrieta. It features affordable luxury senior apartments located in the heart of Murrieta , near Madison Avenue and Village Walk Place. These Senior Apartments will be opening during the summer of 2007.
 

Jasmine Estates

Jasmine Estates is a new housing development near Murrieta located in the French Valley area. Although the area is called “French Valley” it’s official location is Winchester, California. This new development is a Ryland homes community. Jasmine Estates features seven different new home models.
 

Lantana

Lantana is a new YCH Communities development located in Murrieta near Antelope Road and Keller. These new Murrieta homes in the Lantana Community range from 2,070 to 3,788 square feet and start in the $500,000 price range. This new Murrieta community will offer 95 single family homes near Interstate 215. Lantana has four floor plans that will range from 2,174 to 3,635 square feet. Select lots will offer oversized yards and elevated views of the surrounding area.
 

Norington Ridge

Norington Ridge is a new housing development near Murrieta located in the French Valley area.
