Rental Application FAQ:

Search for the property by viewing  Our Rentals on our website and click on Apply Now next to the property.

The  $30 application fee is for running your credit check, background check, eviction check and processing the application.

Most likely yes. Unless your credit report is a current credit report from Equifax and is less than a month old, then yes we will need to run it again. Credit Karma is not an acceptable form of a credit report.

We require a credit score of at least 600 or more. However there are sometimes exceptions to that depending on the situation.

Yes you may use a co-signer/guarantor.

It usually takes between 2 to 3 business days once the application is complete and all supporting documents submitted, however it can vary depending on any delays with receiving rental verifications from previous landlords/property managers.

When you are approved for a property, we first ask for the security deposit (which is the same amount as the rent in most cases) for you to secure the property, and then we need the first monthís rent upon move in. If the property allows pets, then there is also a $500 pet deposit fee needed along with the security deposit and first months rent. (This can vary)

Yes. If you are moving from out of state and are not able to make it to see the property first, you are more than welcome to still apply. We can do the application process all online and through email.

Our Tenant Buyer Incentive Program will give our tenants a $1,000 credit when using Tyson Robinson and his Team to purchase a home. Additional incentives are being given through our preferred lenders in order to help with reducing costs (with lower costs and less fees). Rent any of our homes at any price and for any length of time (12 months, 6 months etc.).

Buy Later!

When you are ready to buy a home simply contact us a few months (ideally, 4-5 months) before your lease expires telling us you are ready to buy a new home. In return, we will give you a $1,000 credit towards the purchase of your home through escrow. It is that easy.

There are NO charges when using our Team because we are always paid by the Seller. You benefit from our real estate expertise while also benefiting financially.
