Tyson has lived in the Southern California for over the last decade. He provides a wealth of knowledge in the Real Estate/Finance fields. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business and Marketing from CSU San Marcos. Tyson obtained his Broker’s License and continues to attain any relevant education that will help expand his knowledge and better serve his clients. He has worked at various financial institutions helping clients choose the right financing based on their needs. A testament to his overwhelming client satisfaction is that over 75% of his production has been repeat business and referrals. His desire to serve his clients’ particular needs coupled with his market expertise and superior negotiating skills set him apart.
In 1997, Tyson served a two-year Spanish-speaking mission for his church in Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island, New York. He has 6 siblings and considers family values as very important in his life. Jasmin is Tyson’s executive assistant and transaction coordinator. She has been working for Tyson for over three years. She conducts a range of important daily tasks that include coordinating the preparation and completion of disclosures and assuring the proper follow up for all buyers, sellers, owners and tenants. She also schedules and coordinates appointments, events, and important tasks. She maintains an organized schedule for Tyson and helps him to provide excellent customer service by upholding the best communication with clients.
Veronica assists with the property management division for Trillion Real Estate. She handles day to day property management responsibilities such as scheduling property viewings with potential tenants, scheduling out maintenance appointments for rental properties, and keeping constant communication between owners and tenants.
Devanae is the marketing coordinator for Trillion Real Estate. She handles the marketing of homes for clients who are selling their homes through Tyson and for clients who are renting out their home through our property management division. She also handles some client relations and manages the social media websites.
