Shopping & Dining

The City of Temecula has over 250 restaurants that will satisfy virtually you're every taste. The Promenade Mall's 126,000 sq. ft. expansion is designed as an outdoor lifestyle. The following new retail stores and restaurants are a few that will be part of the new expansion: Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, Coach, Coldwater Creek, The Walking Company, PF Changs, Yard House and Lucille's BBQ.

Neighborhoods

Bridlevale Community

  • Located south of Temecula 2.3 miles east of I-15, with homes ranging from 1,450 to 2,500 square feet prices from the high 250's up to 400's. Bridlevale is minutes away from the Redhawk 18 hole championship Golf course. This community is also closely located to Redhawk Elementary & Erle Stanley Gardner Middle School. Bridlevale has also two City parks within walking distance - Pala Community Park and Kent Hindergart Park.
  • Homeowners Association is only $43 a month and it includes swimming pool, community spa and spark, common grounds and BBQ facilities.
  • Property taxes are 1.6%

Country Glen Community

  • Located south east of Temecula with homes ranging from 800 to 1,500 square feet. These single detached homes range in prices from the high 250's up to the 340's. The Palomar Village shopping center is conveniently located across the street. Distinguished Redhawk elementary, Vail Ranch middle and Temecula Valley high school is closely located.
  • Homeowners Association is $113 per month and amenities include pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ facilities and gated community.
  • Property taxes are 1.5%

De Luz Community

  • De Luz Community is ranches and country estates located west of Temecula. It's a rural community and offers privacy and relaxation. These homes are on a minimum of 5 acre lots and prices range from $500,000 to over $3 million.
  • Homeowners Association is $50 per year to $250 per month and amenities include horse trails, avocado and orange groves.
  • Property taxes are 1.35% to 1.8%

Harveston Master Community

  • This is Temecula's newest and most beautiful communities. Harveston is located east of Temecula and just 1 mile away from I-15. This community gives a touch of seclusion away from the city. Shopping, entertainment and schools are closely located. Harveston homes include single detached homes, apartments, town homes, senior care facility and child care center.
  • Homeowners Association is $132 per month and includes 17 acre Lake Park, Olympic size pool, Jacuzzi, clubhouse, sports parks and tot lots, amphitheater and a mile long lake walkway.
  • Property taxes are 1.7% to 1.9%

Paseo Del Sol Community

  • A master community in Temecula established in the late 1990's and only 3.6 miles away from I-15. Paloma Del Sol is close to shopping such as Redhawk Town Center and The Villages. Schools are also only minutes away. Temecula Valley High School, Abby Reinke Elementary and Temecula Middle School.
  • Homeowner Association is $75 per month and includes Olympic size pool, 11 parks and tot lots, sandy volleyball court and 5 basketball courts.
  • Property taxes are 1.4%

Rainbow Canyon Community

  • This is one of Temecula's original neighborhoods. Rainbow Canyon is located east of I-15 and these single detached homes have price ranges from 200's up to 500's. The community is only minutes away from The Temecula Creek Inn resort and golf course. The Vail Ranch shopping center, grocery store and movie theaters are 2.9 miles away. School's are near as well such as Redhawk Elementary, Stanley F. Gardner middle school and Great Oak High School.
  • Homeowners Association is $24 per month and includes common grass area and near parks along with being located across from golf course.
  • Property taxes are 1.3%

Redhawk Community

  • This community is considered to be one of the better communities in the Temecula Valley. Redhawk is located east of Temecula and close to I-15. These single detached homes have price ranges from the high 300's to up to 600's. Redhawk is close to all of Temecula's entertainment locations such as the Promenade Mall, movie theaters and Temecula wine country. This master community is surrounded by schools, Redhawk elementary, Vail Ranch middle school and Great Oak high school.
  • Homeowners Association is $20 per month and includes 3 city parks, common grounds and adjacent golf course.
  • Property taxes are 1.7% Mello Roos.

Santiago Ranchos Community

  • Santiago Ranchos is a community with custom homes on a minimum of 2.5 acres. Its close to shopping centers such as The Lucky Shopping Center with grocery stores, banks, restaurants and other services. It also has great schools nearby, Joan F. Sparkman elementary, Stanley Gardner middle school and Temecula Valley high school.
  • There is no Homeowners Association
  • Property taxes are 1.2%

Serena Hill Community

  • The Serena Hill community homes are Spanish, Ranch and Craftsman styles. Only minutes away from Temecula's wine country and the Temeku Hills golf course. The Palomar Village shopping center, The Promenade Mall and Old Town Temecula is only minutes away.
  • Homeowners Association is $60 per month
  • Property Taxes are 1.9 % plus Mello Roos

Temeku Hills Community

  • Temeku Hills is a master community surrounded by their beautiful golf course. Its only minutes away from Temecula's wine country. Temeku Hills offers recreation center with a pool, tennis court, basketball court, fitness room and a full service clubhouse. Parks and shopping centers are only minutes away such as The Promenade Mall, The Palomar Village shopping center and Old Town Temecula. Schools are also just around the corner. Rancho Elementary, Margarita middle school, and Chaparral high school.
  • Homeowners Association is $70 per month and it includes pool, Jacuzzi, driving range, chipping green, basketball court and light tennis court.
  • Property Taxes are 1.5%

Vail Ranch Community

  • Vail Ranch is a quite community nuzzled in the east side of Temecula. The Redhawk golf club is only blocks away and shopping centers along with The Promenade Mall is a few miles away. Vail Ranch also has distinguished schools such as Red Hawk elementary, Vail Ranch Middle School and Great Oak High School.
  • There is no Homeowners Association
  • Property Taxes are 1.5%

Village Grove Community

  • This is Temecula's oldest communities. Village Grove community is close to shopping center and Temecula's win country.
  • Vail Ranch Elementary, Temecula Middle School and Temecula Valley High School
  • Homeowners Association is $16 per month
  • Property Taxes are 1.2%

Villa Avanti Community

  • This community is conveniently located across the street from Temecula Valley High School and Temecula's community recreation center.
  • Schools are only a couple of miles away. Vail Ranch Elementary, Temecula Middle School and Temecula Valley High School.
  • Homeowners Association is $27 per month.
  • Property taxes are 1.3%

Wolf Creek Master Community

  • This is Temecula's newest master-planned community. There will be a new elementary school and with Stanly Gardner Middle School and Great Oak High School only minutes away. Wolf Creek has a village shopping center and library. For recreation there are two city parks. And for the best entertainment Pechanga Casino is only 0.5 miles away. This Temecula's master community has home prices ranging from 400's to high 500's.
