Overview
Sun City is a community in the northern portion of the City of Menifee. Originally developed by Del Webb as a golf community for active seniors in the 1960s, the area has become a recreation haven for seniors and others looking for peaceful neighborhoods and quality housing. Designed for energetic seniors living life on the go, the community is linked by several golf cart pathways and shopping centers that include special golf cart parking stalls. While now part of Menifee, the community of Sun City has retained much of the lively charm and vivacious spirit that makes it unique.
