Located adjacent to State Highway 56 (SR 56), also known as Ted Williams Parkway, Rancho Peñasquitos can be reached via Interstate 15 or Interstate 5. Major thoroughfares include Black Mountain Road, Carmel Mountain Road and Carmel Valley Road. San Diego International Airport is approximately 15 minutes southwest via SR 56 and I-5.
