Transportation
Rancho Bernardo is located at the northern end of the City of San Diego, 20 miles from downtown. It can be reached via Interstate 15 and State Highway 56 (SR 56). Major thoroughfares include Camino del Norte, Bernardo Heights Parkway and Rancho Bernardo Road. San Diego International Airport is approximately 15 minutes to the southwest via SR 56 and I-5.
