Overview
A cozy community tucked away in the northwest corner of the City of Menifee, Quail Valley residents enjoy quiet country evenings under the stars yet have close-in access to shopping and other amenities. Many of the original homes were developed as small ranches and equestrian property, while newer developments include feature-packed tract homes. Quail Valley sits at the top of the hill above both Canyon Lake and south Perris, creating sunset vistas in a peaceful, rural setting.

Transportation
Quail Valley is reached by either Interstate 15 via Railroad Canyon/Goetz Roads or Interstate 215 via Newport/Goetz Roads. Goetz Road is the major arterial street in Quail Valley. The community can also be reached from Goetz Road heading south from Perris.
