GRANITE GATE COMMUNITY IN MURRIETA - MARKET UPDATE
Overview: Play hard and live easy under the bright blue skies of the Valley in Murrieta. With its natural beauty, recreational opportunities and convenient location, Murrieta has become one of the most popular places to live in the Inland Empire. The architecture has a timeless appeal, influenced by classic Craftsman, California Ranch and Spanish styles of two story homes. Currently prices are in the $170,000 - $210,000 range. The neighborhood is seeing a lot of foreclosure activity as with most communitys built a few years ago in the Murrieta area.
