Overview
Fallbrook is located in the gently rolling hills of north San Diego County. Home to the world's largest avocado crop, the hillsides are lined with rows and rows of avocado groves, and every spring residents enjoy the community spirit and camaraderie of hosting the "Avocado Festival". The community also borders the Marine Corps' Camp Pendleton to the south, and residents share a patriotic enthusiasm. Because of the community's agricultural heritage, many of the homes are estate size lots or farms with acreage. In the downtown area however you will enjoy beautiful early 20th century bungalows and Craftsman style homes.

Transportation
Fallbrook is tucked into the hillsides west of Interstate 15 and north of State Highway 76 (SR 76). It can be reached via Mission Road from either I-15 or SR 76. Other main thoroughfares include Main Avenue and Reche Road. Located approximately 50 miles from downtown San Diego, the San Diego International Airport can be reached via SR 76 to I-5 while Ontario International Airport is 65 miles to the north via I-15.
