Overview
Seaside living at its finest, Carlsbad is one of the most desirable communities in the United States. Settled in the mid 1800s by the Luiseño people, Carlsbad became a resort town in the early 20th century when mineral spas were discovered by farmers digging wells to support their avocado and citrus crops. The town hasn't been the same since, with residents enjoying luxury resort amenities and famous brand shopping, along with white sandy beaches and a mild California climate. From California bungalow to executive mansion, Carlsbad remains one of the most stable real estate markets in the country.
